Disclaimer & Legal Statement
The information provided by Dockay ("we," "us," or "our") on this platform is for general informational and sales-intelligence purposes only. All information is sourced from publicly available data, third-party databases, and automated scanning systems. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the platform for any purpose.
No Professional Advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, financial, shipping, logistics, or business advice. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business or contractual decisions based on data surfaced through Dockay.
Data Accuracy. Company profiles, contact details, signal scores, event listings, and other intelligence are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated entries. We do not guarantee that any company identified as a "shipper" or "lead" is actively seeking freight services, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of contact information or hiring signals.
Third-Party Links & Content. The platform may contain links to external websites or integrations with third-party services. We have no control over the nature, content, or availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Limitation of Liability. In no event will Dockay be liable for any loss or damage — including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this platform.
Use at Your Own Risk. Your use of any information or materials on this platform is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or information available through this platform meet your specific requirements.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds. All purchases and subscription payments made through Dockay are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the platform, unused subscription time, accidental purchases, or changes in business needs.
By subscribing to Dockay Pro or any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to a digital service with immediate availability of features and data. Because the value is delivered instantly and consumed at your discretion, no refund claims will be honored.
Cancel Anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing in the terminal and select "Cancel subscription." You can also contact us at support@dockay.com for assistance.
Free Trial. New users may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and billing will commence. Trial periods are also non-refundable once converted to a paid subscription.
Chargebacks & Disputes. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription time.
